QUESTION #1 = Wayne, We're already into the 10th week of this 12 week series on STRESS. Here's what we covered so far so folks can refresh their memories a bit & for those who are just tuning in for the first time?

We first spoke about if Stress is REAL or not and it is indeed REAL. AND IT WILL KILL YOU no matter how great we take care of our bodies. We MUST get the stress under control right here and right now.
