QUESTION #1 = Wayne, Give us 3 Healthy Things we can do to be FREE of STRESS!

QUESTION #2 = Talk to us a bit about getting oxygen to the tissue. Do we have to buy those little inhalers or get under an oxygen tent or something like that?

QUESTION #3 = What do you mean by Free Flowing?

QUESTION #4 = OK Dr, Wayne. What do you think is the king of fitness that almost everyone can do for our stress levels?

QUESTION #5 = Do you have something easy for us to do each day that can fall into the fitness category? I don't have the time to get out and swim in the ocean, run or bike 25 miles or go the gym 5 days a week and that might not be of interest to most people.

And what can the mother do each day or the business man who is tied up in meetings most of the day or the person who is on the road a lot i.e. sales person, speaker, etc.?

QUESTION #6 = A lot of awareness lately has been on this subject of Acid/Alkaline. How about talking to us about that as that is a hot subject today? As you mentioned in the 3 Healthy Things we can do to be FREE of STRESS that lead to Burnout!

2) Keep your blood free flowing; and we do that with Fitness and Nutrition
3) Keep your blood alkaline; and we do that with Nutrition and our Thoughts.
Talk to us a little bit more about that portion. Acid/Alkaline. That can be confusing to most people
