Binder Sheet Protectors you can buy at any office supply store to preserve your
papers.
- Have 100-200 of the "Registration Slip for $223.00 worth of gifts"
file/page printed up on Golden Rod paper at your Office Supply store and have
them cut them up so you will have 600 registration forms from each 100 copies
of the "Registration Slip for $223.00 worth of gifts" to use for the
people to register for the $223.00 worth of gifts!
- The "Register Here SIGN" file is an 8 ½" x 11"
sheet that needs to be over the Register Here fishbowl or box you have to gather
the names.
- The "Here's what you get in the $223.00 Package" file is an
8 ½" x 14" page and can be displayed next to the Register Here
fishbowl or box you have to gather the names so they can read what they are
getting in this FREE Give Away Package.
STEP #2 = DURING The CONVENTION/EXHIBIT AREA at your BOOTH have the "Register Here SIGN" over a registration Box or a Fish
Bowl sort of thing for them to drop their "Registration Slip for $223.00
worth of gifts" into.
STEP #3 = IMMEDIATELY AFTER the CONVENTION enter all the names into whatever program you have your list of contacts in and make a
separate file/list of just those people for the time being so you can e-mail
them this file "E-Mail message to those who registered for the 223.00 worth
of gifts" right away. Remember to read this file and fill in your name
where appropriate along with whatever convention/event you were doing. To get
the biggest bang for your buck we need to do this ASAP while it's still fresh
in their minds that they signed up for this gift.
