QUESTION #1 = Dr. Wayne, now that we have learned how to get well and all the 9 components that we need to do to be healthy and you gave us hours of life changing information. Now how do we fit it all in a day and still maintain a life with our family, career, social life, etc. But let's start with this first = Give us what you think are the challenges of being healthy today?

QUESTION #2 = OK Then, let's chisel away at those for a few minutes so we can get on with a healthy lifestyle. We know about Stress as we did that interview series last year. Now it's easy to see why people are so confused & almost fed up as a way too many people are promoting this and that which creates a mass of confusion out there and when people are watching so much tele-vision and listening to so much radio and staying on the computer so much, they become inundated with a lot of wrong information via the MEDIA.
And it's true that we are all led to believe that we need to take this for and this for that to be healthy. So you're right about people having the wrong idea of being healthy!
People don't have the energy and there are reasons for that as you covered in the Nutrition section of this series!
And you also covered the time issue BRING TOO BUSY but let's start with the 24 hours we all have to get this final portion of the Series in an easy mode so people will never have any of these obstacles in the way of being = as you say 100% Totally Free of all Aches, Pains, Stress and Disease.

I know there are things we need to do with our health but there are even more things we need to consider about just our everyday activities, i.e. swimming in the ocean with all those critters we hear about so much … like sharks, gators, etc. But there are other things besides those that we need to consider as well. Can you touch base on all that for us?
