QUESTION #1 = Wayne, we have learned so much from you to this point in this series on the very important subject to all of our success, “How to Get Well Then Stay Well For Life!” I realize that if we don't feel good then we don't do good. We can't radiate true success when we are feeling sick.

The “Get Well” interview showed people how to get well but then we need to know how to stay well for life and there are 9 components in this process and then from an acronym A NEW START.

The “A” stands for ATTITUDE

The “N' stands for NUTRITION

The “E” stands for EXERCISE

The “W” stands for WATER

The “S” stands for SUNSHINE

The “T” stands for TENACITY which is what this interview is all about.

But the “A” stands for AIR & I understand you're also going to be touching base on how to quit smoking on that interview as well and that's our next interview in a month from today.

The “R” stands for REST

And the “T” stands for TEMPERANCE

And then we'll wind up the series with putting the entire series into a daily plan for us all to follow

QUESTION #2 = Wayne, I've heard you say quite a few times about many areas of your life that “You can give in and you can give out but you can't give up? Give us some examples of when you were just about to give up and you bounced back to beat the odds.

QUESTION #10 = Dr. Wayne, there's another factor for us to consider to keep us persistent with improving our health … and you touched base on it a couple times in this series …. but I feel it would be good to bring some statistics to the table on a person's chances of Getting Well Then Staying Well For Life the conventional way. Give us some documentation on the poor state of affairs with the amount of people who are dying because of thinking the hospitals are the answer to their health concerns. I've heard you talk about Health Care verses Disease Management quite a bit. SO give the listeners some hard cold facts about this!
